Blue Coat Systems, a provider of Internet networking and security products, says it has agreed to be acquired by private equity firm Thoma Bravo in a $1.3 billion deal. YouTube acquires RightsFlow to help license music

YouTube said Friday that it has acquired RightsFlow, a New York-based company that will help it identify the owners of music that people use in videos they post.
